Thomas Rautenberg, Director of Strategy and Development, was formally a partner at Generon Consulting and served as a Director at Generon Capital. Generon Capital was responsible for securing financial, technical, intellectual and human capital for the projects, the firm and its clients. In this capacity, Mr. Rautenberg led Generon’s work with Synergos Institute in developing its Partnership Program and producing wilderness retreats for high net worth philanthropists. 

Prior to joining Generon Consulting in 2002, Tom served as Director for Strategy and Business Development and NGO Liaison to the United Nations for State of the World Forum, a highly regarded leadership education and networking organization. During this period he served as a senior advisor to Global Giving, Booz Allen Hamilton and the Diversity Channel. Mr. Rautenberg is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
