Rei Tang, Research Analyst

Rei Tang has been with the Project for National Security Reform since March 2007, when he was an undergraduate at American University’s School of International Service.  He worked on the Core Study Team of the November 2008 report, at the National Defense University’s Institute of National Strategic Studies, conducting organizational analysis of the national security system, identifying the overarching problems, framing the optional solutions, and establishing reform imperatives.  Currently, he works on improving strategic management in the national security system.  His primary areas of research are organization theory, private sector strategy, the interagency policy process, and national security strategy.  Rei speaks Chinese, but it is currently dormant.
